A little more info…
These classes are designed for anyone who wants to deepen their self-understanding and self-awareness in a supportive, learning environment.
Together, we explore how the mind and body respond to life’s challenges and what supports our systems to regulate, repair, and grow after interpersonal trauma.
Each session combines a gentle educational component with practical tools, interactive activities, reflective processes, and opportunities to share insights with the group.
There is no expectation to speak or participate at a certain level — what matters most is your willingness to explore, learn, and connect with your own inner experience.
These groups are not therapy, but they complement one-on-one counselling or therapy by providing practical knowledge, tools to support personal growth and resilience, shared learning and community support.

Meet the Facilitator
Hi, I’m Abha — a trauma-informed psychology practitioner who believes healing happens best in spaces that feel real, safe, and human.
My work blends lived experience, psychology, and body-based practices to support people (primarily children, teens, and young adults) navigating the impacts of interpersonal trauma.
I’m here to walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself, experience transformation, and move forward at your own pace.
